What is the Walk for Life?

The Walk for Life is a positive way to actively demonstrate support for the sanctity of human life. This fun, two-mile family-friendly walk will take less than 90 minutes of your time, but its effects could literally last a lifetime.

Through your support, A Caring Pregnancy Center (ACPC) is able to offer women and families in the greater Pueblo area the educational, emotional, and spiritual resources they need to choose life and thrive - at no cost!

By becoming a sponsored walker or runner, you are  helping to make a difference in the lives of women and families in our community.

Participants are encouraged to gather sponsors (e.g. family members, coworkers, friends) in order to reach their fundraising goal. We encourage churches, small groups, and businesses to register as a team to make a greater impact.

How do I create a Walk for Life Fundraiser?

To participate in the Walk for Life, scroll up and click "REGISTER". Proceed to enter the necessary information.
Then ask everyone you know to sponsor you! It's that easy!

Pledges are tax-deductible. All pledges are a one-time pledge, not a per-mile pledge. This is not an athletic event, so choose your own pace for the 2-mile distance - walk or run. Strollers are welcome!

We look forward to celebrating life with you on June 1st!

A Caring Pregnancy Center (ACPC)

A Caring Pregnancy Center exists to care for Pueblo-area women and men facing pregnancy-related issues and offer them a meaningful alternative to abortion. Following the example of Christian love, we seek to meet emotional, physical and spiritual needs, enabling and encouraging women and men to choose life every day.

Founded in 1984 as a faith-based organization, our goal is to counsel and live the gospel in front of one woman at a time and to preserve the life of one baby at a time. We offer women alternatives to abortion by providing practical care for them and their families through comprehensive education, counseling, material assistance, and referrals. In addition, A Caring Pregnancy Center seeks to educate young people about sexual risk avoidance before marriage and to help women find healing and grieve for their children lost through abortion.

A Caring Pregnancy Center maintains its Christian witness in the secular world by upholding biblical standards of conduct in its ministry. We also desire to educate and involve the Pueblo Christian business community and churches on the issue of abortion and its ramifications.
